Ever since he was involved in the infamous incident that would become known as the 'Big Bang' in the city of Dakota, which caused many to gain special abilities, Virgil Hawkins decided to use his electrical powers to be a hero for his city. With the help of his old friend Ritchie, Virgil has already been through challenging situations, and once again finds himself surrounded by one when a familiar opponent decides to make a new move to take him down.
