Synopsis

Ever since he was involved in the infamous incident that would become known as the 'Big Bang' in the city of Dakota, which caused many to gain special abilities, Virgil Hawkins decided to use his electrical powers to be a hero for his city. With the help of his old friend Ritchie, Virgil has already been through challenging situations, and once again finds himself surrounded by one when a familiar opponent decides to make a new move to take him down. What they haven't learned yet is that their systems are about to receive a real shock! Inspired by classic animation from the 2000s.

Description of Rubberband Man (Adam Evans):

Shortly after discovering his powers, Adam tried to use them to get revenge on a music producer who had plagiarized him, even though Virgil got in the way. Being part of his brother's gang, Evans began to feel that this time Ebon was going too far, causing during a moment in the film, Rubberband Man decides to side with Static Shock, who he always saw more as a nuisance than a real enemy. At the end of the film, after helping Virgil, Adam decides to turn himself in to the police, intending to pay for his crimes before having a normal life.
