Fan Casting Misfit in Return to the DC Universe

Young and enthusiastic, Charlotte Gage-Radcliffe wanted to make use of her powers of teleportation due to her situation of being homeless. At first attempting to be Batgirl but being discouraged by Oracle, Charlotte opted to make her new persona of Misfit, aiding the Birds of Prey. Though having been given up on for a time, Barbara has come to bring Charlotte back into the Birds, and wanting to have her getting better training, realizing she couldn't stop her even if she tried.
