Fan Casting Chunk in Return to the DC Universe

A rather corpulent man, Chester P. Runk was quite the mind, especially in cosmology, even as he hated the "smooth" and "popular" around him. Creating a black hole device, Chester ended up becoming connected to a parallel dimension called the Void, needing to eat hard stones to keep from imploding, thus taking on the name "Chunk". After some hard times with Wally West's Flash, Chunk became a friend to Wally, helping him with his abilities of density absorption and his intelligence. He also has found love with his wife Connie, an ex-girlfriend of Wally's who had introduced Chunk to her.
