Fan Casting Jerry McGee in Return to the DC Universe

A brilliant scientist, Jerry McGee fell apart when he injected himself with Steroid B-19 aka Velocity 9, which greatly affected him. When his wife Tina had separated from him when he threw himself into his work, he snapped and went after her and Wally West's Flash. Eventually, Jerry suffered from his use of V9, almost dying from it. Getting himself together and recovered, he and Tina reunited, and moved to California for a time. Eventually, they would work at S.T.A.R. Labs in Keystone City, remaining good friends with Wally West, who he would go to for scientific aid of any kind.
