Fan Casting Firefly in Return to the DC Universe

Originally a pyrotechnic expert for motion pictures, but becoming a victim of Gotham City's severe poverty and turning to crime, displaying signs of pyromania, Garfield Lynns was inspired by real fireflies when he began to develop his suit, leading him to take on the moniker of Firefly. Though beaten often by Batman and Robin, Lynns has persisted in being a dangerous foe to the Batman family, even aiding other villains like the first Killer Moth and the second Black Mask, but to him, his closest friends are his flamethrowers and fire itself.
