Davis Chan was an Umbrella Watchdog and a mercenary within the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.). During the 1998 viral outbreak in Raccoon City, Davis was viciously attacked and violently killed by Nicholai Ginovaef in the secret communications room in the cemetery, an area of Raccoon City park.
