Kayla's kind hearted and nerdy best friend. He and Kayla share secret mutual feelings for one another and grow closer throughout the film. He plays Nerve having been convinced by Simone and Kayla. However, after Simone's death he and Kayla are immediately made prisoners of the game for trying to snitch to the police and are framed for Simone's death. He joins Kayla in trying to use their prisoner of the game status to shut down the game and get Simone justice. He usually acts as a voice of reason for the group however, he is at times a little impulsive and naive. Ian teaches him throughout the film to have more confidence. Like Tommy he is a tech wizard.
