Shadow was born in Colony ARK, created by Dr. Gerald Robotnik, Eggman's granddad, to help defeat Adolf Hitler during WWII, Shadow was so depressed, then in 1962, came Maria Robotnik, who came back after helping the US beat USSR during the Cold War, but quit. Then afterward G.U.N hung her up for trespassing and killed her, Shadow became mad he killed the G.U.N group, then now since he was depressed he would drink alcohol, smoke, and try to commit suicide, Shadow also has been trying to kill Sonic. He also is bullied because people belive he WAS a Nazi(even though he wasn't). Now he is friends with Sonic and lives with Cream and Vanilla.
