Carlos, Charles, and Sonic his friends accidentally time-travel to 1998 where things go bad with Sonic, and his friends, so to help, Bill Clinton guides them to what's good, and what's bad, because Dr. Ivo Robotnik is trying to take over the USA with terrorist attacks, teaming up with enemy countries, so Sonic and his friends have to make a reunion and stop Eggman!
