Marcos couldn’t speak since birth and was used to not being listened to by her father Max Shrek, he mostly just paid attention to her older brother Chip. After she and her mother were attacked by muggers, she was unable to call for help while they stabbed her mother. She is now sick of being unheard and takes some, as Kiteman put it, unhealthy methods to use. Mostly tnt. After Humpty betrays her she starts bonding with the bounty hunter and pickpocket Spellbinder. They soon form the father daughter relationship she never had.
