Synopsis

Down on his luck Charles Brown lost his son thanks to a gang war between Joker and Riddler. Kiteman is the butt of every joke in the villain community. He decides to unite others into a team of their own and prove to both heroes and villains that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Description of Max Shrek (Crime boss of Gotham ):

Max Shrek is dealing with problems of a sabotaging vigilante called The Mime. He hasn’t been able to begin construction on a single one of his “legal” properties. Worse he finds out The Mime is his own daughter who is turning The Shrek name into a laughingstock. He orders a bounty hunter called Spellbinder to kill her.
