Kim is a teenager spending a few days with her uncle Carter after she ran away to a party while they were away, she is sent to Sourville a town where Halloween cannot be celebrated, a holiday that she loves to celebrate since she was a child, hated by the idea of not being able to celebrate, she decides to leave but on the way she ends up getting lost in a cemetery, where she meets Billy Craven a ghost who has always wanted to celebrate Halloween, therefore together with Kim they decide to destroy the agreement to celebrate Halloween, however they did not count on waking up a family of demons thirsty for souls
