When Highfather Odin believed Thorion was unfit to use the Astro-Force Hammer, Ted Masterson briefly received the powers of Thorion. Highfather Odin believed that Ted deserved a reward for his loyalty when the powers were given back to Thorion. Ted became the hero known as Starstrike after receiving a weapon known as the Gravity Mace.
