Princess Diana wanted a friend in the alternate reality where Ororo never came to Themyscira. She transformed her reflection into her own twin sister using an enchanted mirror, a piece of her own soul, and an Amazonian sorcerer. But Diana's death was what the Fallen Angel desired. Putting herself in Diana's place, she caused the mirror twin to shatter. Donna Darrow, a cross between Magdalene and Troia, is the result of the Diana soul fragment's rebirth. After Donna was abandoned in a fire, the Titans of Greek mythology raised her on the moon. The Titans wanted Donna to protect them, just as Diana did for the gods. Donna was renamed Deianira and transferred to Earth after reaching adulthood.
