
The Modern Warfare Enigma of Open-world Gameplay
Ubisoft has made an official announcement of an Assassin's Creed future titles featuring a global, modern-day, GTA-style open world with a boarding school at the heart of southern England as St. Joseph's Grammar School setting, is entirely fictional. No such game or project has been announced by Ubisoft. The idea of an Assassin's Creed game borrowing directly from the gameplay of Call of Duty (like Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare). These organizations are central to the entire Assassin's Creed lore. The ongoing conflict between the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templar Order (acting through their modern-day corporate front, Abstergo) is a core component of the story in every game which always places its historical narratives within real-world settings and events. Ubisoft's current and upcoming projects have been officially announced for couple of years.
