Synopsis

At the world's largest pop culture convention in Atlanta, a social media influencer is being blackmailed. Her father, a fantasy grand master, employs a private investigator to infiltrate fandom to find the blackmailers. When a prominent IT CIO is murdered along the way, it appears there are a number of people out to protect the blackmailers and their sinister organization.

Borsteen is a New Media manager who has a strong hold over Kat Stern. He is militant about every move Kat makes to maximize exposure and monitization. He is ruthless with her time, what she wears, and what she says in her social media. He claims to want to make her the next Kardashian, but his actions may point to something more nefarious.
