Ivan Reitman's DOOM (1990's)

Low and behold, back in the 1990's following the success of DOOM and DOOM II, Ivan Reitman, creator of Ghostbusters, was originally attached to direct a movie adaptation of the DOOM series with all the demons from the game brought to life through visual effects, and Arnold Schwarzenegger playing the role of Doomguy.
