A Chorus Line
A musical about 17 dancers in an audition room, who are asked by the director to share their life stories during the callback process.

Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade
A live-action TV series adapting the story of the video game “Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade.” Follow the adventures of Prince Roy of Pherae and his ever-growing band of warriors as they fight to save the land from King Zephiel.

LGBT Headcanons for Disney Characters
Lots of LGBTQ Disney fans have had various headcanons about characters over the years. Here are mine.

The Facts of Life (2024 Genderbend)
A hypothetical 2024 reboot of “The Facts of Life,” a classic sitcom about an older dietitian who had to watch over a group of teenage girls under her employ after the kids have a run-in with the law. This version would reimagine the characters with as the opposite sex, with Mrs, Garrett now Mr. Garrett, and the girls now teenage boys. Jo/Joe would be a rough-and-tumble greaser boy, Tootie/Teddy would be a rambunctious little black boy, Natalie/Nathaniel would be a girl-crazy and fun-loving plus-sized boy, and Blair/Blaine would be a spoiled and ditzy gay boy. Geri/Jerry, who was supposed to become a main character in the old show before it ended, would also be in the main group and would still have Cerebral Palsy.

Snow White and the Seven Muppets
It would be cute to have a Muppet film about the Snow White story. A human actress can play Snow White and possibly the Prince, the dwarfs and magic mirror can be played by Muppets, and the Evil Queen can be either a human actress, or Miss Piggy.

Godspell
A delightful musical about ten people who get together and act out the Book of Matthew, all while singing about Jesus’ love. It presents a message that all types of people are loved by God, no matter who they are.

The Princess and the Frog (Broadway)
Broadway adaptation of the wonderful Disney movie. Please cast all roles appropriately. Whitewashing will not be tolerated.

Tales of Vesperia
Tales of Vesperia focuses on the world, called Terca Lumireis. In these world, people use an energy source called blastia for all their needs, including creating protective barriers around cities. The story focuses on Yuri Lowell, a former paladin, who forms a guild called Brave Vesperia to aid Estelle, a noble woman he encounters on a mission. As they explore the world, Brave Vesperia is challenged by factions that have different plans related to the abuse of blastia resources. Yuri is forced to confront his former friends, as well as his former comrade Flynn.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn
These two stories follow Ike and the Greil Mercenaries as they are caught up in two devastating wars fueled by greed, hatred, and bigotry. Ike begins as a young and inexperienced rookie, but life circumstances force him to grow and he gathers up a strong and loyal army of all races, genders, and identities. These are two powerful and exciting stories that teach us that hate will never win in the end.

Tales of Phantasia
Tales of Phantasia takes place in a fantasy world, in which the evil sorcerer Dhaos is traveling through space and time, wreaking havoc and destroying lives everywhere. Two of his victims, Cress and Mint, resolve to put and end to his cruelty and join forces with four others; Claus, Arche, Chester, and Suzu. Together, the six adventurers travel through time to avenge their families and finish what their ancestors started.

Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade
“Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade” follows three young nobles named Eliwood, Hector and Lyn as they oppose the schemes of the sorcerer Nergal, who seeks to summon the long-banished dragons back to the world of Elibe for his own gain. The trio are joined by many other warriors from all over the world along the way, and they all form an army of sorts as they take the fight to Nergal and his followers.

Come From Away
This fantastic musical tells the true story of several passengers on 38 airplanes that had to make an emergency landing in Canada during 9/11. The passengers came from many different walks of life, and the Canadian locals treated them with overwhelming kindness, regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (Genderswap)
A genderswap of “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.” I think it would be interesting and neat to see what this lovely story would be like if all the characters’ genders were reversed. The only character I won’t genderbend is Kostos, because I think male!Lena would work nicely as a gay character. It’s my story, so I can include LGBT casting if I want.

Carrie (2023 Film)
A hypothetical adaptation of the Stephen King novel, which would follow the book more closely than previous versions. The story follows Carrie White, a teenager with telekinetic powers who’s abused at home and bullied at school, and finally snaps in a horrific way when she’s humiliated at the prom. This version I have in mind would retain plot elements from the book more so than the film versions we have now, including the the memoir Sue Snell writes and the scene between Carrie and Sue at the end.

Dragonlance Chronicles
The plot of the Dragonlance Chronicles is centered around the conflict known as the "War of the Lance", in which the Heroes of the Lance march to fight against Verminaard, the lord of the draconians, and the dark goddess Takhisis. Fans of the trilogy may fancast characters here. I won’t enforce it, but diverse casting choices are encouraged.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Fancasting this iconic musical. It’s the story of innocent couple Brad and Janet, who find themselves stranded in the woods and discover a castle inhabited by a troupe of eccentric characters. The couple’s worlds are turned upside-down in most delightfully ridiculous way. A silly but also empowering musical that has left a great impact on the LGBTQ community.

Moana on Broadway
Fancasting for a potential Broadway version of “Moana.”

Once Upon a Mattress
A delightful play/musical based on “The Princess and the Pea.” Princess Winnifred is an ungainly, brash girl competing for the hand of Prince Dauntless, whose domineering mother Queen Aggravain has declared he must marry a "true" princess before anyone else in the kingdom can marry. Here you can dreamcast a hypothetical production for this show. None of the characters’ races or body types are important to the story, so have at it and happy casting.

Hairspray
My dreamcast for a stage production of Hairspray. Wonderful musical with a phenomenal message.

Into the Woods
A brilliant musical combining several fairytales, adding twists and turns and important life lessons along the way. Here is my dreamcast for this beautiful piece of theatre.
