Avatar: Firebending
Aang awakens to find himself weakened, his head full of hair, and all of his friends dressed in Fire Nation clothing as they travel on a stolen Fire Navy ship. He is dismayed to discover that the world once again believes him to be dead, just like when he was frozen in the iceberg. Sokka believes that this is a positive development, since the Fire Nation will not pursue them anymore, and insists they should maintain the ruse as long as possible. Zuko and Azula are welcomed home as heroes, and Fire Lord Ozai makes his first full appearance in the series, as he congratulates Zuko for killing the Avatar and apprehending Uncle Iroh. Zuko realizes that Azula credited him with killing the Avatar for her own ulterior purposes. Aang tries to run away by himself, but is pushed to the brink of exhaustion. He is contacted by Avatar Roku's spirit, who tells Aang that he inherited Roku's problems and mistakes, but is destined to redeem Roku. He accepts that with the fall of Ba Sing Se, secrecy is their greatest advantage until the invasion, and gives up his trademark glider to the lava flows of Avatar Roku's island.
Avatar: Earthbending
Aang and his friends rest at an Earth Kingdom outpost. They are to be escorted to Omashu, where Aang intends for King Bumi to teach him earthbending. But General Fong, inspired by Aang's battle-determining actions during the Siege of the North, suggests that Aang can defeat the Fire Lord and end the war immediately by triggering the Avatar State. After many failed attempts, General Fong finally succeeds in triggering the Avatar State by faking Katara's death; Aang nearly destroys the base in anger. The spirit of Avatar Roku tells Aang that the Avatar State is a defense mechanism that empowers Aang with the skills and knowledge of all his past lives, though there is a catch: if he is killed in the Avatar State the reincarnation cycle will be broken, causing the Avatar to cease to exist. The group decides to travel to Omashu alone. Meanwhile, Zuko and Iroh are visited by Zuko's sister, Azula, who has come bearing a message from the Fire Lord, requesting their return home. Iroh is skeptical, but plays along with Zuko's enthusiasm. A guard accidentally reveals that the summons is a ruse in order to imprison Zuko and Iroh as traitors to the Fire Nation while boarding Azula's ship. They manage to escape, but are forced to become fugitives. The episode ends with Zuko and Iroh cutting off their top knots and discarding them in the river.
Avatar: Waterbending
Katara and Sokka, two siblings from the Southern Water Tribe, discover a boy trapped inside an iceberg floating on the sea after Katara accidentally waterbends in a fit of rage while reprimanding Sokka. They free him and he introduces himself as Aang, an Airbender of the Air Nomads—a culture believed to be extinct for 100 years. Aang and his flying six-legged sky bison, Appa, accompany Katara and Sokka to their village. Meanwhile, Prince Zuko of the Fire Nation, accompanied by his uncle Iroh, is patrolling the surrounding waters in search of the Avatar, a fabled immensely powerful bender who can bend all four elements. Katara confides in Aang that she is a waterbender, but there are no other waterbenders in the Southern Water Tribe to teach her. Aang promises to take her to the Northern Water Tribe to find a teacher. A chance encounter with an abandoned Fire Nation ship reveals that Aang is unaware of the war that the Fire Nation has waged against the other nations of the world for 100 years; from this they deduce that Aang must have been frozen for at least that long. The pair accidentally set off a signal flare on the ship, alerting Zuko, who already suspects the Avatar is nearby.

The Batman (HBO Max Series)
Affleck was a popular choice for the role, and he was attached to write and direct a solo Batman movie, but left the project, citing his desire to expand into roles outside of the DC Extended Universe. As a result, Matt Reeves took over directing duties and cast Robert Pattinson in the upcoming The Batman. But fans still hold out hope Affleck will return to the role, especially in light of the fact that Michael Keaton will be reprising his version of the character in The Flash alongside Ezra Miller, despite Affleck reiterating he won't play Batman again earlier this year. And now, digital artist BossLogic has revealed what a teaser poster for a potential Batfleck solo film could look like if it were to premiere on HBO Max, which will be releasing the Snyder Cut of Justice League. The moody poster uses the HBO logo to illuminate the bat signal, as it hovers above the skyline of Gotham, with Affleck's Batman standing on a rooftop in the foreground. Marvel Knight's Blade
Blade was introduced as a supporting character in Marvel Comics' The Tomb of Dracula #10 (July 1973), written by Marv Wolfman and penciled by Gene Colan.[1] The artist recalled in 2003, "Marv told me Blade was a black man, and we talked about how he should dress, and how he should look – very heroic looking. That was my input. [...] The bandolier of blades – that was Marv's idea. But, I dressed him up. I put the leather jacket on him and so on".[2] Colan based the character's features on "a composite of black actors" including NFL football star-turned-actor Jim Brown.[2] He initially sported 1970s-style Afro hair and wielded teak bladed knives. Blade appeared in issues #10–21, with additional appearances in #24 and 28 (altogether ranging from July 1973 – Sept. 1974).
