Where the Wild Things Are (Horror Movie)

After young child Max runs away from home, he miraculously finds himself in a beautiful fantasy land. However it slowly dons on Max that he’s not alone on the island, once the sun goes down multiple hulking creatures emerge the trees. They initially want to eat Max, but after a while they realize he’s different from all their other prey. Eventually they come to the conclusion that Max is some sort of higher power, and they elect him their king. Max initially hesitant at the idea, starts to bond with the creatures, and thinks of them as family.

Home Alone (Horror Movie)

After young child Kevin is accidentally left home alone while his family are on vacation, however little does he know a pair of robbers are planning to break in while they’re gone. These two are hardened criminals, the smarter of the two Harry, is an unconvicted murderer. And the dopier of the two, Marv, was previously busted for illicit photos of children. They’re both dangerous creeps, hopefully Kevin can fend for himself against them.

Black Christmas (2023)

A college sorority is harassed with calls from a crazy man, slowly they start to get picked off one by one. We don’t know much about the killer other than they refer to themselves as Billy, and they’ve apparently done something horrible to their sister Agnes. Jess Bradford is one of the students, she’s pregnant with a piano player Peter’s baby. Peter is slowly starting to go a bit mad due to Jess’s insistence on an abortion, Peter could very well be Billy. The big twist is that the calls have been coming from upstairs the whole time, right under their noses.

A Series of Unfortunate Events (Horror Movie)

After the Baudelaire siblings parents are tragically killed in a house fire, they’re sent to live with their distant relative Count Olaf. After they arrive Olaf introduces himself to the children, he comes off as very eccentric and over the top. But it’s clear he can flip a switch at the drop of a hat, whether it be hitting one of the kids, or even threatening to stab one of them. After weeks of working for Olaf in his house, the siblings find evidence that Olaf might’ve been the man involved for killing their parents. Turns out he’s not even related to them at all, he forged paperwork making it look like he was their uncle. He’s really in it for the money the life insurance company will give him, once the siblings find this out they leave. However Olaf continues to track them down all across the globe, donning different disguises in order to capture them.

Suicide Squad (Horror Movie)

Corrupt police official Amanda Waller decides to create a special task force made up of convicts. These criminals want no part in Waller’s plans, but Waller informs them she’s already injected a bomb into their brains, if they still want no part in it, they’ll have to die. Without any other choice the crew trek into the jungle to find Gorilla Grodd, a sentient gorilla Waller wants them to capture. The thing is Grodd is the leader of a massive horde of gorillas, fighting them is going to be suicide, what else is new?

Gus Fring (Horror Movie)

On the surface Gustavo Fring, or Gus to his employees, is a very charming and charismatic fast food restaurant manager. But behind closed doors he’s truly a horrifying drug kingpin psychopath, who has no qualms with killing his dealers. That’s when he meets Walter White, a chemistry teacher that has taken a liking to selling meth. Walt is the antithesis of Gus in every way, but they’re really similar, both are very calm, calculating, and intelligent. They are each other's kryptonite.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (Horror Movie)

5 children from different walks of life are selected to attend the prestigious chocolate factory of the notorious entrepreneur Willy Wonka. Wonka on the surface is a very eccentric and childlike ball of joy, but once those doors close, his true intentions are revealed. He tells the children that he plans on harvesting their bodies to use in his various candies. All the kids are horrified by this, and Wonka reveals he’s already killed their parents beforehand. Can they possibly escape this world of pure imagination?

Gollum (Horror Movie)

Young Hobbit’s Sméagol and Deagol are out fishing one day when Sméagol sees something shiny at the bottom of the lake. He dives in thinking it could be lost treasure, but what he finds is a golden ring. The two discuss what they should do with it when they decide to put it on, the ring apparently has some powers that are unknown to the pair. Sméagol goes completely crazy for this ring however, becoming an obsession. Eventually he kills Deagol to get the ring from him, then he runs off into the caves to worship his precious.

The Terminator (Horror Movie)

Sarah Connor has no idea how important she is, one day her best friend is unexpectedly murdered, and a mysterious stranger has whisked her away from a psychotic madman who he claims is a Terminator. A Terminator being a machine created in the future by a company called Skynet, nobody would’ve thought that the Terminators would enslave humanity. One man is leading a resistance against the machines, John Connor, Sarah’s unborn son. This stranger, Kyle Reese, is a lieutenant for John, on a time traveling mission to save Sarah in order for her to give birth to John.

Superman (1984)

Clark Kent isn’t just like anyone else, he’s secretly an alien from another planet sent here to protect us. He lives his life as a normal everyday farmer and photographer for the Daily Planet, one day the man that killed Clark’s real parents shows up to kill Clark too. His name is Zod, he plans on killing Clark and taking over Metropolis. Clark needs to suit up and become the hero he was born to be.

Batman (1983)

Bruce Wayne aka Batman is helping out the doctors at the local psychiatric facility Arkham Asylum, until one inmate, Joker, breaks out and kills a doctor. Batman locks down the building and intends to take Joker out before he can hurt anyone else.

Slimer was once a regular man named Travis, but he was accidentally killed in a toxic chemical spill, hence the slime. The team need to band together in order to stop Slimer from possessing anyone, or even killing them.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 (Horror Movie)

Years before the famous pizzeria opened to the public, William Afton and his protege Nicholas Bench worked on the animatronics for years. Eventually the two finally complete all the animatronics, their celebration is cut short by a mysterious noise that comes from the Freddy Fazbear animatronic. Shortly all the animatronics come to life and try to kill Afton and Bench, Afton being a snake, cowardly sacrifices Bench in order to escape. Years later the famous Fazbear pizzeria is finally opened, with no Nicholas Bench in sight.
