The Justice League (2012)

Released May 4, 2012, After learning about what he needed to, J’onn J’onzz, the Martian Manhunter, finally pulls together a group of heroes to stop the oncoming storm. This team is composed of Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, Diana, Arthur Curry, John Stewart, and Barry Allen. Together, they can stop a monster that has already destroyed J’onn’s people. The person is known by most as “The Conqueror.” However, the heroes don’t see much worry in an alien starfish. However, more starfish begin to appear to take over citizens of the world. That’s when it is revealed that the large starfish was not “The Conqueror.” Instead, it is an armored man with a similar starfish alien on his chest. The alien is known as Starro. The heroes must team together to stop Starro the Conqueror.

Superman: Man of Tomorrow (2011)

Released July 22, 2011, After years of hiding, Clark Kent, Superman, heard the tales from Gotham, Central City, and in the Middle East. He knew that it was time to finally use his powers for good. He traveled to Metropolis and earned a job at the Daily Planet, the top news outlet through all mediums. There he works with Perry White, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen. However, his arrival is not met with fanfare by all. The “smartest mind of the 21st century” Lex Luthor sees his arrival as the start of an invasion and hires James Corben to eliminate the problem. Due to Superman’s invulnerability, Corben is severely injured, but Lex fixes him with a new mineral he discovered in the Indian Ocean. With this mineral and the surgery, Corben becomes Metallo. It is up to Clark to stop Metallo and find a way to throw Luthor in jail.

Wonder Woman (2011)

Released May 11, 2011, The naive Diana believes the time is now for the Amazonians to reveal themselves to Man’s World after pilot Steve Trevor lands on their shores. Her mother, Queen Hippolyta, refuses to listen because of the last war they fought in. Hippolyta fought in World War II trying to stop Ares but failed to kill him because of Zeus’ interference. Because of this, Hippolyta refuses to trust men and gets close to killing Trevor. However, after hearing about the war in the Middle East, Diana escapes with Steve Trevor thinking that Ares has returned. She takes it upon herself to personally stop the war by finding and killing Ares.

Batman 2 (2010)

Released May 7, 2010, Months after stopping Roman Sionis/Black Mask, the crime has reached a new low. Peace, however, only lasts for so long. A new crime boss, Oswald Cobblepot, steps up to take Sionis’ place, and a former employee of Wayne Enterprises, Victor Fries, starts to wreak havoc on Gotham City. It is now up to the combined efforts of Bruce Wayne, Batman, and Dick Grayson, Robin, to stop Penguin and Mr. Freeze from causing anymore damage.

The Flash (2008)

Released June 13, 2008, Barry Allen, The Flash, has been fighting crime in Central City for a few weeks now, and is finally getting the hang of being a superhero. However, something is happening that he cannot figure out. There is a small disturbance in his speed, as if a familiar feeling is near him. With the help of his girlfriend, Iris West, his best friend, Julio Mendez, and his foster father, Darryl Frye, he’ll discover the disturbance is connected to a person from his past and future. His enemy is known as Reverse-Flash.

Batman (2008)

Released on May 2, 2008, Batman is about Bruce Wayne taking in Dick Grayson and trying to find his parents killer. However, at the same time, Roman Sionis/Black Mask is trying to take control of Wayne Enterprise and rule the criminal underworld. It is up to Batman to stop Black Mask on both fronts.
