Batman vs Superman: The World's Finest (2013)

Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill) clash over differing philosophies about what kind of heroism is needed to protect the world, while the public they're defending is becoming increasingly mindful of the damage that superheroes and masked vigilantes cause. However, the duo are soon forced to confront an even greater threat created by nefarious billionaire Lex Luthor.

Wonder Woman (2012)

The film tells the origins of the most famous of the DC Universe heroines and comics in general. Wonder Woman will help Steve Trevor, who crashed on the shores of the Amazon island, to stop a neo-Nazi terrorist group led by Baroness Paula Von Gunther. Thanks to the demon Dark Angel, the German antagonist will succeed in his diabolical intent: to go back in time to allow the "Central Empires" (led by Germany) to win the First World War. Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor will chase the Baroness back in time, thanks to the portal created by Dark Angel, and will fight to prevent her from subverting the outcome of the Great War.

Superman: Man of Steel 2 (2011)

Despite saving Metropolis from Zod, Superman is still viewed as a potential threat by General Sam Lane, who finds a powerful ally in his fight against the Man of Steel: Lex Luthor. Luthor thanks to the discovery of Superman's weak point, Kryptonite, will try once and for all to kill the Big Blue.

Batman: Year Two (2010)

Gotham is in chaos: after the fall of the mafia family, the criminal known as Black Mask is the new crime boss. At the same time, Batman will face a new threat called Joker, whose goal is to poison the entire city of Gotham. Batman: Year One (2008)

When his parents are killed, Bruce Wayne travels the world seeking the means to fight injustice. He returns to Gotham and unveils his alter-ego: Batman, a masked crusader who uses his strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight Boss Crime Carmine Falcone that threaten the city. Thanks to the help of Lieutenant Jim Godon and the honest prosecutor Harvey Dent, will be able to ruin the plans of the boss Falcone. The Mafia Boss will then be framed by his subordinate Salvatore Maroni, eager to take his place as the only King of Gotham Crime. Maroni will decide to definitively put Gordon and Dent out of action by implementing a petty and diabolical plan: he will kill the prosecutor's wife and have the police officer's son kidnapped. Harvey Dent blinded by anger will try to do himself justice, but Maroni will beat him to death by his henchmen who will also try to dissolve him in acid. Batman will save him, even if half of Dent's face will remain horribly disfigured. Marked forever in heart and appearance, Harvey Dent will go crazy also because Batman will prevent him from killing Maroni, who will instead be arrested by Gordon. The Dark Knight brings the mafia boss to justice, but at the same time he will find himself facing Dent's anger and madness, which has completed his two-faced metamorphosis. The ex-prosecutor will be defeated by Batman and locked up in the Arkham Asylum.
