After the law firm he works at is suddenly shut down due to fraud charges Ethan finds himself having to do something he fears the most: return to his hometown. Mocked by his peers for his failure and forced to live with his sister Ethan finds solace with Luke, a troubled teenager. As the two bond destruction and death occurs throughout the town, all connected to Luke. With hostile behavior beginning to show an unlikely conclusion is reached: Luke is the antichrist. As all is threatened Ethan finds himself in an unlikely spot, and must make a difficult decision.

Joel, a caustic 1980s film critic for a national horror magazine, finds himself unwittingly trapped in a self-help group for serial killers. With no other choice, Joel attempts to blend in with his homicidal surroundings or risk becoming the next victim.

While catching up with old friends Kyle runs into the one person he wished he could avoid: Eric Cartman. Now thinner and more cheerful Eric's life seems to have taken a dramatic turn for the better, much to Kyle's shock. As the two get to know each other more hostile behavior begins to come from Eric, right as a series of murders hit. With tension increasing Kyle must discover if Eric has truly changed.
