Shahkulu was a Turkmen renegade who fought against the Ottoman Empire. Eventually, he became a Templar and associate of fellow Templar Manuel Palaiologos. He is loosely based off of the historical figure of the same name and is the tertiary antagonist of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
