Russell is the deuteragonist of the 2009 Disney/Pixar film Up, a young, enthusiastic Junior Wilderness Explorer who accidentally becomes a stowaway on Carl Fredricksen's house as it flies to Paradise Falls. Voiced by Jordan Nagai, he is a kind, adventurous, and helpful boy who is trying to earn his "Assisting the Elderly" badge. His character is inspired by Pixar employee Peter Sohn.
