Richard "Ringo" Langly is a fictional character in The X-Files and The Lone Gunmen television series', played by Dean Haglund. He was one of three members of The Lone Gunmen, along with John Byers and Melvin Frohike.
Unlike the other two Gunmen, Langly had long, blond hair and often wore T-shirts that featured his favorite punk and rock music heroes.
