Ranzou Kihara is the CEO of Orion, and the one person behind all of the company’s dubious activities. Ranzou was once an outstanding scientist, albeit one with a peculiar interest in exceeding the limits of the human body, until one day, he was granted the company of Orion by its ailing owner, soon inheriting the position and using it to kickstart the Perfect Fighter Project, using other humans as his guinea pigs in his relentless pursuit to create the “perfect fighter”. After years of conducting abductions, attacks and experiments, Ranzou announces the fifth Sentoki tournament to finally unveil the one true “perfect fighter”: himself.
