Paula Radcliffe is a British, highly decorated, former marathon runner. Known for breaking the women's marathon world record with a time of 2:15:25 at the London Marathon, a record that stood for 14 years. She won gold at the 2005 World Championships in Helsinki, three London Marathons (2002, 2003, 2005), three New York City Marathons (2004, 2007, 2008), and the 2002 Chicago Marathon.
