Biography

New Asgard is a city-state and enclave within the nation of Norway. Founded as a village named Tønsberg, it was visited by the Asgardians in ancient times, who left the Tesseract there for several centuries. Following the Snap, the surviving Asgardians and their allies relocated to Tønsberg and transformed the Norwegian village into the independent nation of New Asgard. In the aftermath of the Blip, New Asgard obtained diplomatic recognition from the United Nations.
