Nagamasa Azai is the daimyo of the Azai Clan, husband of Oichi, the brother-in-law to Nobunaga Oda and an ally of Yoshikage Asakura. He has a sister named Maria Kyogoku.
He is only mentioned in Sengoku Basara 3 within Oichi's dialogues, showing the decline and abyss of Oichi's mental state.
