Mega-Hulk

Doctor Robert Bruce Banner, Ph.D. is a scientist whose exposure to gamma radiation transformed him into rage-fueled primal creature known as Hulk. Banner struggled with his condition and the fear he induced into others, but Sam Wilson reached out to him and became his friend. Afraid to hurt Wilson, Banner attempted to get rid of Hulk by bombarding himself with gamma radiation, but his experiment failed and resulted in the creation of Apex. As Banner's failure started the Gamma War, Banner isolated himself but Wilson reached out to him again and asked for his help against the invasion. Banner was hesitant, but eventually decided to use an old Atomic Bomb to become Mega-Hulk and defeated Apex, taking control of the Gamma Beasts and leading them away from humanity.
