Mayor Brian Winddancer is a supporting character in Disney's 2025 animated feature film Zootopia 2. He is a stallion horse and an actor-turned-politician who currently serves as the 54th mayor of Zootopia, succeeding both Dawn Bellwether and Leodore Lionheart. Winddancer was implanted into office by Milton Lynxley as a puppet ruler with the objective to enforce the Lynxley’s villainous will over the city.
