Lynell Forestall is a storyboard artist, and also works as a character designer and occasionally writer. He started out designing characters for Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm and has since worked on the likes of Men in Black: The Series, Johnny Bravo, Legion of Super Heroes, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and a dozen or more D.C. and Marvel Comics features. He also wrote and directed two Black Lightning shorts for D.C. Nation and served as the character designer for JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time.
