Clotho (クロトー, Kurotō) is the second homunculus of the Three Dark Sisters who transformed into the third & current Kamen Rider Dread (仮面ライダードレッド, Kamen Raidā Doreddo). She eventually gains a new power by the Dark King Gigist, becoming Clotho Rebis (クロトーレビス, Kurotō Rebisu).
