Takashi Sugimura (杉村 隆, Sugimura Takashi) was a death row inmate and the host of the Legendorga leader, Lord. Under his possession, Sugimura transforms into Kamen Rider Arc (仮面ライダーアーク, Kamen Raidā Āku, Masked Rider Arc).
