Harvar D. Éclair (ハーバー・ド・エクレール, Hābā Do Ekurēru) is the demon weapon partner of Ox Ford and one of the top student at Death Weapon Meister Academy. He is later promoted to a two-star weapon and becomes a member of Spartoi after the fall of Arachnophobia.
