Cosima is one of the main characters of the Canadian sci-fi drama series Orphan Black and a clone of Project LEDA. Cosima comes from San Francisco, California, and is working on her Ph.D. in Experimental Evolutionary Developmental Biology at the University of Minnesota. She is deeply invested in the mysterious origins of Project LEDA and is working hard to find a cure for a fatal autoimmune disease, which threatens the lives of all clones.
