Charlotte Ramsey is a student who goes to Abigail Adams Junior High. She is best friends with Katani Summers, Avery Madden, Isabel Martinez, and Maeve Kaplan-Taylor. They formed a group called the Beacon Street Girls, or BSG. Their special hangout is in a secret tower in Charlotte's house. Charlotte's dad is a travel writer, and he and Charlotte have traveled all around the world together. They have went to Australia, Africa, and Paris before settling in Brooklyn, Massachusetts. Her mother died of pneumonia when she was very young, and Charlotte has always thought about her mother. Though Charlotte is unable to see her mother, she is very happy with her life in Brooklyn. Brooklyn has always made her feel at home. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys stargazing and writing. When she grows up she would like to be a travel writer like her father.
