Cha Ha Ley is a South Korean announcer and current CEO of Parastar Entertainment. She graduated from Daewon Foreign Language High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. in Physical Education, and a master's degree in International Studies, all from Seoul National University. She has appeared on several sport variety shows such as "Kick a Goal" and "Tomorrow's Winning Shot".
