Main Villain. Dr. Jasper Scott (Euro-American) grew out of a small-town orphanage from Nebraska, working as Stark Industries Research Scientist. Same as his half sister, Dr. Toshiko Amano (Japanese American). He's the first person to be infected by a mutated form of a Chitauri virus led him becoming a villain as Patient Zero - a super-powerful zombie who can control the mindless, mutated undead horde on the loose in New York City to start the zombie outbreak within inside and outside the Avengers Tower.
