In the rebooted Xena: Warrior Princess series, Xena is a fierce and skilled warrior who travels across ancient Greece with her companions, righting wrongs and battling villains who threaten the innocent. Alongside Xena is her loyal and wise-cracking companion Gabrielle, a former village girl who has grown into a skilled fighter in her own right. Together, they face off against a variety of foes, from scheming warlords to supernatural monsters and vengeful gods. Throughout the series, Xena will grapple with her violent past and the guilt she feels over the harm she has caused. Her relationship with Gabrielle will also be a key focus, as the two women navigate their complex, sometimes tumultuous bond. As they journey across Greece, Xena and Gabrielle will encounter both new and familiar characters from Greek mythology and history, as well as other memorable adventurers who join them on their quest. With action, humor, and heart, the rebooted Xena: Warrior Princess series will capture the spirit of the original while also offering a fresh take on the beloved characters and their world.
