Scott Summers is the somewhat strict leader of the X-Men. He is like the overconfident version of Captain America. When Casting Scott i wanted to look outside the box, and don't go with the obvious and best choice (Armie Hammer). Instead i looked at Charlie Hunnam who sold me on the idea of him playing Scott when he played Raleigh Becket in Pacific Rim. In that movie he played a cocky leader who could come of as cold.
