Young man, Tyler Jacobs [Zac Efron], wakes up after an incident to discover he has a strange case of amnesia, not only that but somehow has acquired superhuman powers; enhanced reflexes, precognition/advanced perceptive abilities (ability to sence dangers before they occur) and enhanced Agility. As he tries to uncover the truth of his past, he begins to realise that he has special combat training. He must journey to discover what happened to him while running away from CIA Agents who are pursuing him. Tyler soon learns of a mysterious Program: UltraBeing. He soon meets founder of the program, the mysterious Dr Dalton Dent [Matthew McConaughey or Christian Bale], who is hiding a secret regarding TJ's past...
