Sid Phillips is Newmanville's local garbage man. But he's not a very good one. He often puts the wrong types of trash into the wrong can or bin. His favorite food is Pop Tarts. His favorite kind of music is heavy metal. He even skips over houses sometimes. But the most shocking thing about him is that he's a criminal, working for the evil Emperor Zurg and his henchman, Stinky Pete. His crimes usually are, but not limited to robbing banks, vandalizing property and kidnapping. His main kidnapping victims are Mei Ling, Molly, Boo and Russell from Pixar Hollow, Bonnie and of course, his rival, Andy. Or as he likes to call him the "dork." Fortunately, Woody, Buzz Jessie, Giggle, Bullseye, Slinky, Mira, Booster, XR and of course, the love of Andy's life, Emmie all know how to deal with guys like him. At the end of the day, justice will be served and the heroes will all find a way to free the victims and save the day, whether Sid likes it, or not.
