After running for almost 40 years, Wolverine is still searching for his lost past when he is tracked down by Silas Burr, a former drill instructor who is now employed Frederick Hudson, the current director of Department K. Wanting to take back Weapon X for further research, Wolverine is forced to fight for his survival against the demons from his past, in more ways then one.
