Wolverine and Hulk Concept Movie/ Phase One
With different ideas, Wolverine and Hulk are manipulated by the government as a kind of weapons and start a war with each other to leave only one winner. Until the ideals of the government see that this incessant fight will not work due to the terrible consequences Hulk and Wolverine will fight until one of them dies.
