Inspired by Marvel Studios' "What if..." Series, this is my take on concept of What if Barry Allen/ The Flash was a Marvel character (instead of DC Comics one)? Would he be a founding member of The Avengers, or would he be an added member? Would Central City still exist or would it be an existing city like Chicago? And would Meta-Humans be a thing, or would they be something else?
