Hoping to extend the team's roster, War Machine and Ant-Man set up an Avengers facility in San Fransisco, CA in an attempt to recruit new heroes. Wonder Man, Tigra, SHIELD agent Mockingbird, and Moon Knight come together to help the Avengers battle the rising threat of the newly resurrected HYDRA, led by the mysterious Grim Reaper.
