Mariano is the second child of Ludwig Dreyer, a former boxing champion and athleticism trainer, and his wife, Olivia Santos, an architect. Appreciated by his classmates, he is known for his clumsiness, and they nicknamed him "Senor Disaster." His problem resides in sports: he is not bad, yet not among the best students. A situation that disappoints his father, as he wants him to be a boxer. And to the teenager's despair, Dreyer Sr. compares Mariano to his brother Joaquin, a boxing rising star. Unbeknownst to Ludwig, Mariano secretly takes karate lessons. These skills would help him during his journey with his friends as they try to come back home safely...
